FoodyDrive.com ("FoodyDrive") is a restaurant directory owned and operated by eSoft Tech Inc. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users and restaurant partners to do the same.

Restaurant listings may include business names, logos, menus, photographs, descriptions, and other content provided by restaurant owners, MenuWebsites.com, eSoft Tech Inc., or other authorized sources.

If you believe that any content appearing on FoodyDrive.com infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us by email.

Your notice should include:

• Your full name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
• The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content on FoodyDrive.com.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
