Foodydrive.com operates as a technology platform that:

• Facilitates the ordering of food and beverages from participating Restaurant Partners.

• Connects Customers and Restaurant Partners with third-party Delivery Partners for the physical delivery of orders.

• We are not a restaurant, food preparer, or delivery carrier. We are an intermediary and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or delivery of any order, which are the responsibilities of the Restaurant Partner and Delivery Partner, respectively.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree to provide accurate and current information.

• You are responsible for all activities under your account.

5. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

• All orders are offers to purchase from the Restaurant Partner.

• Menu prices are set by Restaurant Partners and may change. All applicable taxes and fees will be displayed.

• Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We may use third-party payment processors.

• Delivery fees are set by the Delivery Partner and are separate from food prices.

6. Delivery

• Delivery services are provided by independent third-party Delivery Partners.

• Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the Restaurant Partner, Delivery Partner, or external factors (e.g., weather, traffic).

• It is the User's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, and Issues

• Order cancellation policies are set by the Restaurant Partner and/or Delivery Partner.

• Refund requests for issues with food quality or correctness must be directed to and resolved by the Restaurant Partner.

• Refund requests for delivery-related issues (e.g., non-delivery, extreme lateness) must be directed to the Delivery Partner.

• Foodydrive.com may, at its sole discretion, assist in facilitating resolutions but is not obligated to provide refunds.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Harass others or transmit unlawful content.

• Interfere with the Platform's operation.

• Place fraudulent orders.

• Infringe on any intellectual property rights.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Foodydrive.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foodydrive.com, its affiliates, and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Issues with food quality, safety, or preparation.

• Delivery errors, delays, or non-delivery.

• Incorrect pricing or menu information provided by a Restaurant Partner.

• Conduct of any User, Restaurant Partner, or Delivery Partner.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foodydrive.com from any claims or demands arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform contains links to websites and services of Restaurant Partners and Delivery Partners. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
