EsoftTech Inc, operating FoodyDrive.com and MenuWebsites.com (“Service Provider”), is a technology and service provider, not a restaurant or delivery company.

The Service Provider provides tools to manage menus, accept and process orders, handle payouts, and integrate with third-party delivery networks such as DoorDash and Uber Eats.

The Service Provider operates in compliance with applicable United States federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

The restaurant partner (“Merchant”) is solely responsible for food preparation, quality, safety, allergens, pricing, menu accuracy, and order fulfillment.

Delivery services are performed by independent third-party providers. The Service Provider does not employ drivers or control delivery operations.

The Merchant authorizes the Service Provider to collect customer payments, deduct applicable fees, and remit net payouts to the Merchant’s bank account every 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

The Merchant is responsible for all applicable taxes, licenses, permits, and legal compliance related to restaurant operations.

The Service Provider is not liable for food quality issues, delivery delays, third-party failures, or customer disputes.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which EsoftTech Inc is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
